Check that the online indicator is enabled
ClickUp’s Who’s Online ClickApp displays a green dot on avatars. If your workspace does not show online indicators, check that this ClickApp is enabled before testing an availability tool.
An absent indicator and an inactive session are different problems. Confirm the workspace setting first, then test your own status.
Your hours, in one place
Choose ClickUp, sign in through its normal page, and start a short session. OnlineHours sends activity inside its dedicated browser tab. You can set an end time or repeat a schedule on selected weekdays in your time zone.
The local extension requires your computer and browser to keep running. It is not a hosted ClickUp service, and it cannot keep operating after the device shuts down.
Make the first check count
Use an account allowed to view your presence, or ask a teammate to check your avatar. Compare a short session with a stopped session and leave room for the indicator to update.
ClickUp support remains experimental. The extension reports its own activity and connection checks, not an independently confirmed online status. Do not treat a recent pulse as proof that ClickUp accepted it.

Is ClickUp Green free?
The current OnlineHours browser extension is free and experimental. A live, managed ClickUp cloud service is not included.
Can I use a ClickUp API key to force my account online?
OnlineHours does not offer an API-key method for forcing ClickUp presence. Its current ClickUp experiment runs inside a signed-in browser tab.
Why can’t I see a green dot?
First check the Who’s Online ClickApp in your workspace. Then check sign-in, connectivity and whether the indicator is visible from another permitted account.
