Terms of use.

The service

OnlineHours helps you configure and schedule availability in supported work applications. The browser extension and cloud API connections are distinct operating modes. Each integration page explains its current status and requirements.

Early access and availability

The browser adapters are experimental. A successful activity signal does not guarantee the online indicator shown by another app. Third-party platforms determine the effective status and may change their behavior, permissions or APIs.

Use a short test session before relying on an integration. The product does not promise uninterrupted presence, invisibility to administrators or compatibility with every organization.

Your accounts and choices

Connect accounts you are authorized to control. You choose the operating hours and can stop scheduling or disconnect. Your organization’s access and app-consent settings still apply. Do not share one OnlineHours subscription between different people.

Subscriptions

The Essential plan covers one selected service and up to four verified connections belonging to one person. The Plus plan covers compatible Slack, ClickUp and work Teams accounts, up to four connections per service. Additional schedules and reconnections of the same account do not take new slots. Slots cannot be shared, transferred or resold. Neither plan is available for purchase yet. Essential offers monthly billing or yearly billing at $29.99 per year, including renewals. Plus is billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged in full for one year. The final total, applicable tax and renewal interval will be shown before payment. Teams Extended browser hosting is not included. The free local extension does not require a paid subscription.

Cloud trials do not collect a card and do not automatically become paid subscriptions. A purchased subscription renews at its selected interval until future renewals are canceled through the billing portal.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of any subscription payment, including a renewal. See our refund policy for instructions and what happens to access after a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Stopping and canceling

Pausing a cloud schedule stops renewals of the service’s presence request; the provider may take up to five minutes to release an existing lease. Other open apps may continue to affect presence. Website settings do not remotely stop the independent browser extension.

Canceling subscription renewals and pausing a schedule are separate actions. Use Manage billing to cancel a subscription, and see Billing and refunds for payment questions.

Third-party platforms

OnlineHours is independent of Microsoft, Google, Slack, ClickUp, Zoom and Cisco. Their names identify compatibility targets and do not imply endorsement.
