A workday across calls and messages
Webex brings messaging, meetings and calling into its collaboration suite. A useful availability routine should support the way your organization uses those tools, including when people expect a response to a message.
Write down your normal working window and the exceptions that matter: lunch, recurring meetings, travel and days off. That gives any future schedule a clear purpose.
A planned connection, not an active feature
OnlineHours intends to offer a schedule with an explicit time zone and a manual pause. Webex support must first pass connection, presence and stopping checks on live accounts.
The downloadable extension does not contain a working Webex integration. There is no Webex cloud connection to authorize, and paid plans do not unlock one at this stage.
Prepare a practical test
Check which Webex profile and organization you use for everyday messaging. Review the status controls available in that client, then compare your own profile with the view from another permitted account.
When future support is announced, test one short session and its end before moving to recurring hours. Successful sign-in alone will not establish that a presence change is visible to teammates.

Does OnlineHours currently keep Webex online?
No. Webex is on the roadmap and is not a working integration in this release.
Can I buy Webex scheduling in advance?
Webex access is not offered for purchase. Review the integration’s release status before selecting a plan for another platform.
Will the future integration work with every Webex organization?
Compatibility has not been established. Account type, organization settings and supported authorization methods still need validation.
